Happily in a relationship with Laura Lovgren, a busy college administrator and sports mom, raising two active sons.
City and State where you live: Richmond design loft and Vacaville, CA home.
Education after high school: Naval School of Photography, Pensacola, FL. After a brief stint in the US Navy, I graduated from San Diego State University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Communication. I studied Graphic Design at California College of Arts at San Francisco in 1986-88. Meanwhile, I joined the Reserve to major military news and event assignments until retirement in 2006.
Current Career: Art director and web designer with the National Park Service, Oakland, CA. www.nps.gov
Anything else interesting that you want to share? I am building new web features for national park partners, and recently began completing new designs and paintings for an upcoming exhibit of art and digital design at the Oakland Museum of California. eugene_fleming@nps.gov & effleming3@aol.com
